Socially active

  I still remember when 'socially active' was associated with active club goers and wild partying without limits. It normally involved alcohols and dancing till the wee hours. 'Socially active' used to be viewed in a negative way.

  Now 'socially active' has a different meaning. It means active in posting statuses, pictures and commenting on Facebook. Active on Facebook can be positive if you know your limits and not ignoring your real life and responsibilities. Sadly most of us get so addicted to it that we keep on posting boring pictures and lame statuses. Worse, if we are addicted to its games such as Farmville, Cafe World and Mafia Wars.
